4. Experiment with the difficulties in the new product process, determine and continually modify the specific experimental method
5. Responsible for the preparation of new products related technology, process documents and inspection standards
6. Responsible for technical process training and technical guidance on the production line

job requirements：
1. Have welding related experience
2. Master degree or above
3. Skilled in using common software such as Word, PPT, Excel, etc., proficient in English.
